Call for Video Submissions

What does diversity look like?

Protests, sit-ins and unrest have roiled college campuses over the last year. Meanwhile, lawmakers and courts have made important decisions on race-conscious admissions, accommodations for transgender students and people with disabilities, funding for diversity programs and other hot-button issues.

If you’ve captured these historic moments or explored underlying diversity and inclusion issues on video, the College Media Association wants to hear from you.

The College Media Summit on Diversity and Inclusion will include screenings of short documentary videos on subjects related to diversity and social justice — gender, race/ethnicity, immigration, disability, class, LGBTQ issues, etc. — and we’re looking to showcase videos produced by students. Submit your video of up to 15 minutes by Sept. 2. Videos may be screened during the summit or posted here on the summit website.

Send videos to Jackie Alexander at alexanjd@gmail.com.
